Eduverse Support

Data Deletion Instructions

Effective date: August 25, 2026

You can ask Eduverse Support to delete the data held about your WhatsApp conversations with the assistant. There is no form to fill in — the request is made in the same place the service runs.

How to request deletion

  1. Open WhatsApp and go to the Eduverse WhatsApp number you normally use for support.
  2. Send the message DELETE MY DATA.
  3. You will get an immediate acknowledgement, and the request is passed straight to a member of staff.
  4. Staff confirm on WhatsApp once your data has been deleted.

Verifying who you are

Because a deletion request removes a conversation history, staff may first check that the request genuinely comes from the person the data belongs to. That normally means confirming the request from the same WhatsApp number, and may include asking a simple question about the enquiry already on file. We do not ask for identity documents on WhatsApp.

What staff delete from the CRM

Once the request is verified, a member of staff deletes the following from our support system:

If reporting sync to Google Sheets was enabled, a summary of your enquiry may also sit in that separate reporting sheet. It is outside the CRM deletion described above, so if you want that copy removed as well, say so in your message and staff will remove it by hand.

What may remain

Some information can be kept where the law requires it, or where it is needed to resolve a dispute, prevent abuse, or record that a deletion request was made and completed. Anything kept for those reasons is not used to answer support questions or to follow up an enrolment enquiry. Message copies held by WhatsApp on your own device, or by Meta as the messaging provider, are governed by Meta's policies and your phone's settings rather than by us.

After deletion

Deletion cannot be undone. If you message the assistant again afterwards, it starts a fresh conversation with no memory of the earlier one.
